Marya Hornbacher Lecture Proves to be Moving to Large Crowd

The Marya Hornbacher lecture on Wednesday night was a success. Speaking to a full crowd, Marya divulged details of her life and read from her best-selling memoir Wasted. The next morning, Marya hosted a writing workshop for a limited number of students. Check out our pictures from the event and send us any of your pictures too.

Thursday, November 5th at 7 PM, NPR foreign correspondent Eric Weiner will be on campus to talk about his book The Geography of Bliss in the CSB Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public, and there will be a reception afterwards in CSB 110. The Campus Bookstore will also be on hand to sell copies of the book, which Eric will sign.
